Estate Agent in Cookstown
Brian Donaghy (Owner - Sperrin Properties) graduated from QUB with a Bachelor's degree in Business.
With his passion for all things property, in 2000, he opened Sperrin Properties in Moneymore, and for over ten years, ran a successful estate agency practice within the Mid-Ulster area.
He took the decision to close in 2012 to pursue other career ambitions and property related plans. During this time, he completed a Master's degree in leadership alongside up-dating property related qualifications through the National Association of Estate Agents.
Following a longer than anticipated break, he returns to the sector, with the drive and enthusiasm upon which he has built his success to date. During this time, estate agency has changed significantly, not least in the growth of property marketing on-line with the reduced need for a physical presence. Nevertheless, he opened his new office in Cookstown, believing that a point of contact is still important.
Currently, as the business is a one-person operation, the office may not always be open if out on appointments. Brian can be contacted on his mobile and welcomes enquiries outside office hours.
As an experienced business advisor and venue stylist, Brian is always eager to assist those considering self-employment as aspiring entrepreneurs source suitable property to match their business ideas, and is willing to offer advice to all vendors on how best to present their home for sale.
Molly is a cocker spaniel, who loves attention, running around the garden and going for walks.
On occasion, when she comes to the office, she assumes the role of customer relations team leader. On arrival you will be greeted with a sniff and a wagging tail. She loves attention and spends considerable time watching people from the office window.
BUT… featuring Molly is also very relevant within the industry. Due to a significant increase in pet ownership during the pandemic, the need for more pet-friendly homes is in big demand. This national trend is being equally experienced in Mid-Ulster and is becoming a major factor in prospective purchaser's home buying choices.
Although Molly often remains at home with her sister, she enjoys nothing more than a snoop around what she thinks might be her new home when she goes somewhere new. Don't worry, on the rare occasion that Molly might be with me on my initial valuation visit to your property, she will remain in the car. However, Molly's blog on our social media pages should be useful in identifying the pet-friendly characteristics of all our latest property listings.
So if you would like to place your property with a strategic thinking agent who really cares, get in touch with us today, we'd love to hear from you…
